Each form or teleservice limits the collection of personal data to the strict necessary and indicates in particular:

In order to comply with its legal obligations or in order to have the necessary elements to enforce its rights, Leved may archive the data under the conditions provided for by the regulations.
Leved agrees to answer your request for access, rectification or opposition or any other additionnal request for information within a reasonable period of time which may not exceed one month from receipt of your request. If you believe Leved does not comply with its obligations, you may submit a request or a complaint to the competent authority. In France, the competent authority is the CNIL.
